Professional Auctioneer, Consultant, Speaker, Voiceover Artist
Lynne Zink is an International Auctioneer Champion specializing in Benefit Auctions, Real Estate and Personal Property. She is also a Consultant, Educator, Speaker & Voice Over Artist. Her high-energy delivery motivates and engages audiences of all sizes: public auctions, non-profits, schools, individuals, organizations, and radio. Consistent client testimonials state that Lynne’s energetic style and enthusiasm are contagious and her personal connection to engage each audience makes the difference.
Anna Kraus, Professional Bid Assistant
Anna has been actively involved in the auction profession for over twenty years. Experienced and committed, her welcoming approach as bid assistant engages guests and encourages bidding. She also records the donations during the Fund-A-Need/Paddle Raise portion at many events.
Anna is the 2010 Scholarship Recipient awarded by the Auctioneers Association of Maryland for her academic achievements. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree and works with newborn babies up to the age of three years old.
Anna is very passionate about non-profits, having served in management and training positions for several fundraising and community events. Anna enjoys working as a first mate on a fishing charter and enjoys many outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.
Roxane Casto, Professional Auctioneer & Bid Assistant
Roxane Casto has been working in the auction industry since 1997 after graduating from Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in 1997. Through the years she has sold everything from box lots to fire trucks, yet fundraising auctions are her strongest passion.
She is a member of the Auctioneers Association of Maryland (AAM) and served on the AAM Board of Directors from 2010-2012. She is the 2008 Maryland Bid Calling Champion, 2005 Auctioneer of the Year for her outstanding contributions to the auction profession and served as the AAM Newsletter Editor in 2005.
Her compassion for people and her love of the auction industry is what makes her a perfect fit for Benefit Auctions. She has worked as a professional bid assistant and auctioneer for both non-profits and private schools since 2006. From January 2018 to February 2020, she took improvisational theater classes and performed in several showcases. Roxane lives in Glen Burnie, MD with her husband. She has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
Brian Warfield, Professional Auctioneer & Bid Assistant
Brian Warfield graduated from Missouri Auction School in 1992. He specializes in Benefit Auctions and works as a contract auctioneer selling building supplies, farm equipment and personal property. He also works as a professional bid assistant and auctioneer for both non-profits and private schools.
He is a member of the Auctioneers Association of Maryland, currently serving on the Board of Directors and has placed in the top three in the Maryland Bid Calling Championship. He is also a member of the National Auction Association (NAA). Brian and his wife Onna reside in Carroll County, Maryland.
Clarke Peacock, CAI, Professional Auctioneer & Bid Assistant
Clarke attended Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in 2010. Prior to that, he owned and operated a successful catering and event planning company in the Washington, DC Metro Area for 15 years.
Clarke works as a professional auctioneer and ringman full time and especially loves working benefit auctions. He lives in La Plata, MD with his wife and son.
While active in Boy Scouts and 4H as a volunteer and instructor, he is also active in his community and his local church.
Lowell Sheets, Professional Magician and Emcee
Lowell Sheets is a Maryland magician specializing in card and money magic, captivating adult audiences with his unique blend of sleight-of-hand, humor, and engaging storytelling. With years of experience in the art of magic, Lowell has honed his craft to entertain and amaze, making him a sought-after performer for nonprofit fundraisers, corporate events, and private gatherings across the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
Beyond entertainment, Lowell has a deep commitment to giving back to the community. He frequently lends his talents to nonprofit fundraisers, helping to raise money for worthy causes while providing top-notch entertainment.
He lives in Harford County, Maryland, and enjoys volleyball, soccer, poker, and vacationing in Cancun, Mexico.

Lynne Zink, CAI, BAS
Lynne’s accomplished career as a professional auctioneer has been exciting! She won a world championship in auctioneering, being crowned International Auctioneer Champion in the women’s division in Spokane, Washington in 2012. She then had the opportunity to serve as an ambassador and travel to conferences all over the U.S. speaking and inspiring others to pursue their dreams.
Her background in theater has been the perfect fit for benefit auctions, speaking engagements and working as an Emcee.
Lynne has earned the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist designation and the prestigious Certified Auctioneer Institute designation, which is the highest level of educational designation for professional auctioneers. She has been very active in her state and national auctioneer associations serving on multiple boards and committees and gives back to her community as well.
